Certification Process Flow
At OEQCert.com, we aim to make the certification process seamless and straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step overview of how our certification process works.
Application Process
Submit the application form, followed by a review to verify details. A contract review clarifies terms, leading to a certification proposal outlining the certification plan.
Audit Preparation
Auditors are appointed for Stage 1 and Stage 2. An audit plan and schedule are created for Stage 1, ensuring a structured approach.
Stage-1 Audit
Begins with an opening meeting, followed by the on-site Stage-1 audit. Concludes with a closing meeting to review findings and next steps.
Stage-2 Audit
Starts with an opening meeting and on-site audit for an in-depth compliance review. Ends with a closing meeting to finalize results and actions.
Non-Conformance (NC) Reporting
A report is issued detailing any non-conformances, with corrective and preventive actions implemented to resolve issues and ensure improvement.
Finalization
Once Stage-2 issues are resolved, a final decision on certification is made. If standards are met, certification is issued, marking successful completion.
Surveillance Audits and Re-Assessment
Ongoing surveillance audits ensure compliance, with re-assessment at the certification period’s end to confirm adherence and continuous quality improvement.
